Effective Date:April 2, 2026

Shanghai Jiaxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company") respects and protects your privacy. When you use our website HSCIQ.COM (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and our services, we may collect and use information relating to you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and how you can manage your personal information.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and collect and use, for the purposes described below in this Policy, the personal information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated through your use of our services.

1. Account Registration and Login

When you use the services of this Website, we offer the following two login/registration methods for you to choose from:

(1) Login via Mobile Phone Number + Verification Code

You are required to provide your mobile phone number. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending an SMS verification code to that number.

Upon successful login, registration/login is complete. You do not need to set a separate login password.

We may conduct statistical analysis based on your mobile phone number (such as its number segment and place of registration) to optimize our services, but such analysis will not be linked to your specific identity.

(2) Login via WeChat QR Code

When you log in by scanning the QR code with WeChat, we will obtain your public information on WeChat (including your nickname, profile picture, gender, region, etc.). This information is used solely to create a Website account for you or to bind it to an existing account, and to display your profile.

WeChat login is based on OAuth 2.0 authorization from the WeChat Open Platform. After you scan the QR code and confirm the authorization, WeChat will provide us with a unionid or openid that identifies your unique identity, but will not provide sensitive information such as your WeChat Pay password or chat history.

Please note: if you are logging in via WeChat QR code for the first time, we may prompt you to additionally bind a mobile phone number (for account security recovery, receiving important notifications, etc.). If you decline to bind one, you may be unable to use certain features that require strong identity association (such as posting content or commenting), but basic browsing functions will not be affected.

(3) Optional Information

After logging in, you may voluntarily supplement or modify information such as your nickname, profile picture (if you do not use the default WeChat profile picture), and personal bio. If you choose not to provide such information, it will not affect your use of the core browsing functions.

We do not collect your login password (because you are not required to set one), nor do we proactively request your email address.

2. Use of Core Services

When you use the core functions of this Website (such as posting content, commenting, sending private messages, etc.), we may record your operational activities, including but not limited to the content you post, your comments, and your interaction records.

3. Ensuring Service Security and Stability

To protect the security of your account, troubleshoot system failures, prevent fraud, and ensure the stable operation of our services, we automatically collect information relating to your use of our services, including:

  • Device Information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, etc.), IP address, browser type and settings.
  • Log Information: the time of your access to our services, access records, click records, search query content, etc.

4. Collection of Personal Information for Additional Features (Where Applicable)

If you use the following additional features, we may collect additional information:

  • Uploading/Posting Images and Videos: we require access to your photo album/storage permissions so that you can upload a profile picture or post content. If you do not grant such permissions, you will only be unable to use that feature; other features will not be affected.
  • Customer Service and After-Sales Support: when you contact our customer service, we may ask you to provide the personal information necessary to verify your identity, and we will retain your contact details and communication records.
